Project Description : Responsible for the overall Testing practice in India

Role Decription : Brilliant exposure in the field of Testing - Automated, functional and performance.

Good understanding of TMM (Testing Maturity Model)

Experience in implementing the testing practices in accordance with companyĆ¢€™s quality standards and processes.

Hired and scaled up testing teams independently.Very strong business acumen and management.

Handle the presales activities such as estimations,proposal making, responding to RFIs and RFPs.

Building deep customer relationship and achieving accounts growth.

Worked with project managers, test managers, onsite coordinators, and account managers to ensure the client relationships are managed well.

Forecasting, planning, budgeting, resource management for the testing services unit

Manage the activities of the test personnel within Test projects.

Work very closely with development teams and product management teams to understand

release schedule, constraints and devise means to provide solutions to overcome constraints.

Presales activities on Testing Ć¢€“ Proposals making, responding to RFI's and RFP's, estimates, client interactions ability to position and influence clients through technical capability

Rich experience in Estimation of the testing opportunities/assignments.

Ensure Test Certification for each release.

Performance management, appraisals and compensation for the people in services unit. Set performance standards, evaluate work performance, recognize the performance and take corrective actions on the non-performance

Career counseling and planning for the test professionals.

Take suitable attrition control measures

Scoping of testing engagement on the basis of budget

Form and communicate to relevant stakeholders the team structure (onsite / offshore) required to

execute a testing assignment.

Own the test strategy and test planning - Manual and / or Automation

Resource management of test resources within Rave (gathering resource requirements from

Project Managers, raising MRFs, Resource Allocation, conducting interviews / talent acquisition

support from outside market)
