Position is for Bangalore Location
You should be a BE / MBA from a premier institute with 2 - 6 years of experience in IT recruitment.
You should have the following skills:
- Good knowledge of the IT industry and talent market.
- Should have hands on knowledge of the recruitment life cycle.
- Effective listener and should be able to articulate well.
- Demonstrable negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Should be comfortable to handle large scale recruitment.
- Should be a self - motivated, creative problem solver and should be able to motivate the team.
- Cross cultural awareness will be an added advantage.
Role & responsibilities
Handle end to end operations and dimensions pertaining to the recruitment team.
Work with various business leaders, understand business needs in specific technologies and cascade to the team.
- Build and implement sourcing, selection and networking strategies to hire in a cost effective and efficient manner.
- End to End process involvement with the team, right from sourcing to
conducting interviews, right till candidate's joining.
- Should be able to effectively work for a business unit and meet the demands amicably.
- Willingness to work in a highly systemized, process and target oriented environment.
