Location: Bangalore
Purpose of Position:
1. Support Electronic Brake system (ABS) and Wheel speed sensor (WSS) customer/dealer issues
2. To handle customer quality complaints / servicing.
Main Tasks:
▪ Handling customer interaction for quality aspects.
▪ Servicing customer complaints during production phase.
▪ Responsible for all EBS quality related queries handling.
Responsible for handling and disposition of returned parts to manufacturing locations
Ability to trouble shoot the EBS system.
Sorting of parts for delivery issues (when needed)
Education:
Diploma or 4 year engineering (DME /BE : Electronics /Mechotronics / Mechanical)
Experience:
3-4 years of relevant experience.
Automotive work experience is a must. Experience in handling customer compliants is a must
Good working knowledge of automotive business practices preferred.
Experience with Hydrulics brakes / Anti lock braking systems (ABS) / (any) Control unit is a plus.
